Beachbody 21 day fix

Hey,

Has anyone been doing Beachbody 21 day fix? I started one week ago and already lost 6 lbs without doing the workouts. This is not my water weight as I had previously lost that. Let me know if you've seen results using it!!

I use it on and off when I travel and don't have access to a gym as readily. Makes it nice and easy with 30m and being able to do from any type of device with the on-demand subscription.

6 pounds in a week and it is not water? A pound of fat is 3500 calories, so you had a calorie deficit of 21k in a week or 3k a day without working out?

How does that math work?
