Unable to Logon to App & Feedback

How do I log on?

I assume that I should be able to select the "LOGGED OUT" icon in the menu however it is unresponsive. I checked all other menus and cannot find anything.

Also, there seems to be ALOT of bugs when a user is not logged on. The UI allows you to save threads, make comments, etc... However this functionality should be reserved for members. I played around with trying this out and it led to several error messages. Possibly limiting member vs non-member functionality from a front-end perspective should fix a lot of problems.
