Just picked up a 2023. Found these in the trunk and wondering what they are. Any help?

Still have my 2017 OG M2

Manual release to open the trunk if someone is stuck inside.

Congrats. I work for a Caddy dealer and can find out Monday if you don’t but I don’t think that’s the release. All releases are supposed to be uniform from all males and models and glow in the dark as well

That’s what they are. And they scuffed my front end anyway. I found it during predelivery inspection. They knew. Made them order me a new set and demanded some all weather mats which they begrudgingly ordered. Same dealership owner as bmw where I bought my m2 and experience at bmw was so much better.
