Tesla Cybertruck
Never been a truck guy but now I may have to reconsider. Also Tesla made an ATV as well

I kept waiting for him to be like "ok, here's the real truck," and then that moment never came. I honestly thought this was a joke.
I really like Tesla, and am strongly considering one after my lease ends, but this... this is an embarrassment. Also, I don't think that glass was supposed to crack during the demo These two comments on Jalopnik also sums up my thoughts

That is the ugliest truck I've ever seen. Even my friend in CA who is a big Tesla fanboi kept saying it was so ugly that it probably wasn't the real truck, he still paid the $100 though. Pretty sure Elon has a deal with CA where they can spray some shit into the air and make these guys buy anything.
Anyways, I'm sure they will sell as many as they can make. And I'm sure no real truck guys or people who actually need a truck for towing shit and doing work would ever buy one. |

trying waaaay too hard to do something shocking.
just a miserable, unoriginal, gimmicky design that was obviously made to "go viral". Gandini would chuckle...

This would be what James, Richard and Clarkson would hack-up in those wacky Top Gear "$1000" zombie truck challenge.

The worst part is when the Tesla Cult tries to keep defending every single thing about this truck

Elon must have told his design team that they can only use a ruler to draw. Looks like something I would had sketched when I was in grade school. Such an embarassment of an effort, to say the least.
If someone actually buy this, don't be surprise to see a lot of pointing and laughing from bystanders. |

Owning this abomination is an absolute perfect way to communicate how much of a douche you are.

I like how Tesla vehicles look but this looks like they bought sheet metal from Lowe’s and welded it together. I think they stole a three year olds drawing of a car and used that because they didn’t have to pay for design costs lol. It almost seems like something I could build with my tools at home. No thanks. I think Ford will have a much more compelling design. Even their first real EV, the Mustang Mach E, puts a Tesla on notice with a car that will probably have better fit and finish and durability.

Looks like it was designed for the military with stealth technology in mind, which is pretty cool. The more I look at it, more I like it. Let's hope production version will smooth few corners but I do like it overall. The specs and price look awesome.

I can't believe they were actually able to keep this from leaking prior to the unveil! Every rendering from the various publications had it so wrong.

Well I think it's unbelievably ugly, looks like something out of an 80s futuristic movie but I'll most likely buy a couple. It would save me too much money to pass on.

#2 on trending Verge recap. It did say 500+ miles range on the top model but what is the range while towing? It could be as much as 50 percent less or more and if you're in the middle of nowhere there might not be any chargers within range.
