EVERY dentist I go to suggests the VINDSOR Technique for brushing, thats what I currently use

The sonicare takes some getting used to (the vibrations in your mouth actually "tickle" and make you laugh), but once you do your teeth feel as though you went to the dentist and had them polished.

been using the 5-6 bucks oral-b toothbrush for more than a year now. i just throw them away when they wear out. battery is replaceable. top head spins and the bottom moves back and forth.

are the sonicares really worth it for their price?

also, since we are talking about brushing teeth... i love the aquafresh microfoam toothpaste. it feels different from other toothpastes that ive used.

it's good to brush them because they need to be massaged to increase blood flow, or something like that. that's one thing i do remember my dentist telling me
