Finally got my car! What can I say, except AWESOME:eyebulge:

Initial impressions:

- pulls in 6th like you're in 4th
- in gear acceleration fantastic. I opened her up a bit on a straight and I was doing 170kph in a matter of seconds.
- love the sound of the engine
- ride a bit bumpy, but actually better than I was expecting
- it wants to be driven hard, the harder you drive, the better it handles
- i-drive not as bad as its made out to be. You can figure most of it out by playing with it for a little while.

Thanks guys. Yes I remember looking at this Aussie Forum in November last year and there wasn't anyone here. It's great how we've now grown into probably the strongest regional forum on 1Addicts:thumbup:

OK OK.... you twisted my arm.... Here are a couple of preliminary pics I took today. 1st one is on way home from dealer at a roadhouse, my Disco 3 next to the baby. 2nd one is a night shot of the dash illumination.

More to come when I get a chance to take more shots tomorrow.

The cars done 170kms, had 7kms on the clock when I picked it up.

Xenon lights: the xenons on my Disco are much better, particularly on high beam. Although I wonder if there is something wrong with my high beams as the INNER lights don't light up when I put the H beams on. There appear to be a globes in there, but they don't light up.:iono:

Can someone please have a look at theirs and let me know what yours is doing?

How do you like the Pro Nav.. I love how the screen acts like a compass and points in whatever direction you are travelling..
