Wait what? Where are you getting your info from? Lexus has always been known for reliability and obviously still is.

Rank top 5 in reliability. Look at where BMW is..

The new isf has a reworked suspension. I would take the M if you're going to for 08s.

Guarantee there's a contradictory story going from Lexus to BMW. However these are anecdotal experience, looking at reliability from afar Lexus ranks higher repeatedly year over year than BMW. Like anything in life some sacrifice is going to be made going from one choice to another. If BMW is perfect on all fronts then Lexus won't exist today.

I would trade 08 M3 to a 10 ISF but not a 08 ISF without the diff and new suspension tunes.
listen to this man.

I try to get out there every month... My old service manager now works for Lambo Sarasota and they take a car up every month... I usually ride out with them... I don't think I have ever had a bad time...

You should spare him the proof work-- The University of Phoenix will likely credit you with an "A" in either case.

Yeah I've loved it the two times I went. I grab some dank breakfast after the meet too because I'm usually never up that early. I guess the next meet is Feb 19th. I'll be there.

Camrys will still be driving on the road while you will be having HPFP problems.

I doubt it. Half of the Camry fleet will be rotting and rattling away from UV exposure to its heavy plastic construction while another portion will have been totaled from running into other cars, guardrails, walls and off embankments.

Those "stuck throttle" issues weren't so much a cause of a sticky DBW system. I think most of those cases were due to drivers falling asleep at the wheel.

This thread is ridiculous. Any IS-F or any M3 is an upgrade on the 335I.
The 335 does not have an LSD nor the 2008 IS-F.....The IS-F has more power, more reliable, more exclusive, better brakes, better seats sounds better then the 335I-135I. The M3 is a totally different experience high reving. week end warrior, sounds amazing but needs to be reved. Again any of those cars are an upgrade on the 335.

The OP is not looking for a 2011 IS-F...again 08-09-10-11-12-13-14 IS-F> 335. If the IS-F is a snooze machine for some of you guys then the 335 is a death machine. Who cares about JB3,Procede, Dinan

I'll try to make it out there, never been before. I'm in a '99 Jetta and saving cash while I hunt for my next car, probably a ZCP E46.

For sure. I'll probably have my E92 sold by the 19th...if it's not I'll bring it out.

I can't stand Lexus steering feel. It's always feather light with no feel whatsoever. I would assume the IS-F is the same?
