BMW Owners Choice - Any Experience

Do we have any forumers who has prior experience with owner's choice?

I am currently on Owners Choice..It was kind of hastly decision-- i was initially planning to buy the vehicle but was tempted into owners choice because of lower EMI

1. Is it better than buying and leasing ?
2. Can we turn in the vehicle like lease ? without any major payment ?
3. Has anybody turned in the vehicle before the 3 year period ? Will there be huge losss ?

I have a 2015 Base 328i vehicle and has been using it for past 9 months..I am tempted to exchange the vehicle for Full loaded Vehicle(used with less miles)...Will I end up loosing a lot ?
