Keep getting site error when commenting on threads1

I'll hit submit reply and it blanks the page and gives me this :

ParseError: syntax error, unexpected 'updatethedb' (T_STRING) in ..../includes/functions_newpost.php(631) : eval()'d code(42) : eval()'d code on line 11p

Still posts the comment though so if I reload it asks me if I want to resubmit, and if I hit yes it tells me it's a duplicate of a post I just made and jumps me back to where it should have properly. Happens in every thread / post / comment I make including this one.
