It's always really amazing to see these roads of the old Spa-Francorchamps track in videos .
Because I regularly drive on these roads and I really love the surrounding area..
I always step on it in the turns upwards to Stavelot . If it Isn't too wet

Spa is undoubtedley the greatest track in the world !
Good to see Spa at the 2023 F1 calendar ...
Thanks for sharing !

Yeah . Let's hope so , as usual the FIA dispute was actually financial speculation ..
The new Spa track was a big investment and now it looks even better and safer .

The greatest drivers like M.Schumacher , Senna said Spa is my favorite race track ..

I can see no reason for it not to continue with the huge crowd attending only the reports of service people working there was not good and organisers need to sort this out with the entry fee and travelling problems to the circuit.

Silverstone ticket sales for next year have fallen into disarray with the price increasing by the minute, prices were rocketing up from £350 to £500 as more people tried to buy then the site crashed lol.

Yes Spa is the best track though Monza has it's own magic with the enthusiastic tifosi and I love watching the race with flashes of the old track banking in the background.

I'm not crazy about it. I like Zandvoort a lot more.

Monaco, Imola, Monza, Spa, Silverstone, Red Bull Ring (Austria) and Catalunya must always be on the F1 calendar. If it means sacrificing two of the lousy, ugly desert races to save just one of them make it so.

Azerbaijan gets my vote for holding a double header, back to back weekend event every year as well. First race starts by qualifying order, then the next weekend's race starts in reverse order of prior race finish. Except for this year, that race is always bonkers.

MAX's favorite tracks :

1- Spa
2- Suzuka
3- Red Bull Ring

Hopefully , they never race at Jeddah again ...
Last year (2021) I feared the worse with all those walls in blind corners .
How can this track meet the FIA safety regulations ?

The Jeddah track is actually a rat trap !

If Brands Hatch continued as an F1 track then it would be my favourite
The last F1 race there in '86 with Piquet,Alboreto,Senna, Mansell etc had this start line incident, it's a bit grainy I'm afraid. Boutsen who slammed into an armco for some reason causing a pile up behind him had no idea what happened.
Jacques Laffite in a Ligier broke both legs and got a fractured pelvis after being pushed into a barrier badly even before reaching Paddock Hill bend.
Commentator James Hunt erroneously said that race winner Mansells first car burnt the clutch out when in fact a drive shaft broke at the start.

Spa has always been on my bucket list and is one of the best tracks in the world.

We had tickets at Eau Rouge to attend in 2020 and we were so disappointed to not to be able to make it.

I’ve got my name on the list for tickets next year so we will be there!

Cannot wait, just hope it doesn’t rain too much!

I was able to finally visit Spa-Francorchamps last month and their gift shop was selling pieces of the old Eau Rouge-Raidillon section that was resurfaced last year. So now i literally have a piece of Spa:

Not a problem.

That's the biggest concern, we have tickets in the GP2 covered stand so we should be ok, fingers crossed!

I really wanted to sit in the new stand at Eau Rouge but couldn't buy a three day pass.
