any idea to fix this?

or can someone recommend auto body shop in CT?
i checked some places and over price....

Maybe a PDR (paintless dent repair) guy would be able to help you out, make sure he's got several good reviews from multiple sources, and don't pick the cheapest guy out there just because you want to save money. You might possibly need a new bumper, but I feel like that would be an extreme conclusion to jump to at this point--but I can't inspect the damage myself, I'm just going off of one picture.

that's plastic, doubt PDR would help.

would need a respray even if it did.
