I find it satisfying when I switch lanes while driving and the tires don’t hit raised pavement markers.

The wonderful smells in the house after the housekeeper has completed working.

The first bite of a perfectly prepared ribeye.

The discordant cacophony of an orchestra warming up prior to a concert.

Listening to the differential cooling fan still running after a hard drive in the M6.

The first sip of a great red.

The fit of custom made clothing.

Friends (True friends of which there should be few.)

A well-turned phrase in a great conversation.

The opening fanfare of Star Wars. (Still gives me chills to this day.)

Old Formula One NA V8/V10/V12 engines.

The elegance of a fit female body.

Lastly and most importantly: My daughter's smile.

Many of these are not "odd" at all. Pretty common things to find satisfying.
