Good, I bet this crap is rampant! Porsche should do this with my local dealer; every car they sell is used/owned by the dealer owner and sold with 300 miles on them.

Nah, Porshe is just jacking their prices to obscene levels to help cover the ADM their customers paid on prior models.

What is obscene, the stealer and flippers making free$$ or the manufacturer that produces the product in such demand? I hope they raise the prices so high that there is no AMD that will be possible and end the dealer/flipper theft. It should be banned actually.

Raising the prices just makes the ADMs grow. $50k ADM is obscene on a $100k car, but if the manufacturer raises the price to $300k, well, now that's a much more palatable fees % wise.

To be clear, Lamborghini is pissed off because they paid bonuses as of these cars were sold legitimately, when really they were sold to immediately go on the second hand market

Not really surprised given who it is.....the owners associated with this dealership have been shady for a long time (dating back to when they ran a Bentley dealership in the early 2000's).

If you live in this area and are in the exotics/high-end luxury crowd, you already know about these guys.

I called this dealer once about a Wraith and just happened to be talking to the owner who I guess is also the sales manager. He seemed like a total slimeball in every sense. Not surprised at all.

Don't need to have been in those crowds to have know of their reputation. The Euro car scene has been priivy for quite some time.

Didn't Perillo take over Gold Coast (if not fully then partially) a decade or so ago? GC already was known for an unstellar reputation preceding that which is what I thought led to Perillo (Sr) stepping in. I see somewhere that he is listed as a co-owner so I'm curious which owner did the dealings from the article (or maybe 'all of the above').
