ref did pretty good controlling the game since both teams committed tons of fouls. Some should of been carded others not.

Fuck that ref. And fuck Robben. That asshole walked around after his 2nd attempt at a goal, why didn't they sub him out. Fabregass(sic) did amazingly well after coming on the field, and so did Torres. Once they brought Torres out, it was over. Shitty, shitty game.

I find it funny how things match up sometimes. Holland has been to the World Cup 3 times and they lost to Spain even though it was their first. The Colts have been to the Super Bowl 3 times and lost to the Saints even though it was their first appearance. Weird huh?

Anyhow, when Spain came down to Holland's side of the field I was like "oh fuck this might be it right here." Sure enough it was. It was somewhat of a boring game because it wasn't high scoring (kinda like the SB this year lol). Good job to Spain though!

overall spain played better but the ref decided the game at the end. Not calling the corner which led to the counter attack. And on top of that not calling the first offsides which led to the goal.

Boring game for those who are not spaniards!

Tonight i see one team tryng to play football, and other K1.

Foul, and foul, and foul, get some lowkick, get some air kick.

Netherlands should be played with 10 dudes since the second time, and im gentle. At the end is not Spain who win, was the soccer.

I came from my parents' house to watch the game. He was a happy man, and I was for him and for all the years we have shared watching games and we had to change the channel with an "always the same thing happening to us." But tonight was different, tonight was the final catharsis for us, the just resolution of a debt to history and the life we had.

On the street all were flags, trumpets and noise. An excited and happy country. As i am a very sentimental and a little bit asshole person, sdenly i felt an attack of pure emotion, intense, one primitive and direct feeling almost mourn me, there in the middle of the street and tumult, almost cryng, like a drunken queer to which the boyfrind has left her ass broken and without her Diana Ross disk. In front of me walking the town-drunk man with a shirt of the 90s Morientes. He was with his flag, all out, singing "yo soy español español español!!! ..." I was not going to stop being a disgraceful poor man because Spain won the World Cup, but somehow he sensed that he was involved, along with 40 million Spanish people, all around this issue and that night I could feel proud to be part of the best country in the world.

The flag colour means:

Red is for the blood.

Yellow for the gold.

Spaniard national soccer team, champions of the world.

I can only imagine how crazy it was in Spain this evening. Congratulations on finally winning the big one. Hopefully England will lift the cup in my lifetime.

The final was probably the worst game in South Africa World Cup 2010.

I expected some serious action. Wasted my friggin' time. The only goal made was due to a defender's mistake. Horrible. Right when the netherland defender made that mistake, I told myself, "oh my god, please don't let this be the deciding goal for world cup 2010 finals". but it happened. Ref was just as retarded as this game.

Overall, the ball is proven to be a failure. This final match was a failure. Refs in WC 2010 were even more retarded. Overall, this world cup was horrible.

I wouldn't say the football is a "failure"...its more like to a point the technology exceeds the capability of human. Every year Adidas invest so much money to try and make the balls smoother, less drag, thus fly faster and further. But this year had shown its doing too well for the footballers to get used to. Plus I doubt they had take into account the high-sea level of South Africa where air mass density is lesser, and less air resistance. So amplifies the effect of the new football.

The rumor has it that after today's game, a few Dutch players have been invited to try out for the National Dutch Karate Team!

So it was not all that bad for them

Congrats Javi! Congrats Spain... Iniesta scored a wonderful goal. Robben had so many chances to put it away, as did spain.
