Nah, KAKA will eventually get "expired" from the field and Brazil will go down.

I say Argentina and Germany. Argentina has been very solid in this world cup.
Argentina's counter attack pace rivals brazilian speed.
The way Germany plays in this world cup reminds me of Italy in past 2 world-cups.

not sure about argentina. tevez has been playing great. their last game was close, performance wise imo. messi was shutdown, otherwise very quiet during the match. and i feel like that will continue throughout the rest of this tournament.

I really wanted Japan to push through today. I am, however, pretty surprised an asian nation made it this far though.

Goodbye and farewell to Portugal- more importantly, good riddance to Ronaldo. I'm glad we won't be seeing any more of his cry baby antics in this World Cup.

Judging the team by one game is a no-no. Looking at all their previous matches, this team can pull it off. I want to see Argentina against Germany or Brazil.

The Spanish Empire was the first global empire, -the kingdom where the sun never sets- because for the first time an empire covering holdings on every continent, from Alaska to Filipinas.

"...it seems that God is Spaniard, and is on side of our nation"

Ok next games are Uruguary v. Ghana and Netherlands v. Brazil. Predictions? and who do you want to win?

Mine:
1st Match: Uruguay. They are generally more talented and have lots of experience.
BUT I want Ghana as they are the only African team left, would be nice to have an African team still in it.

2nd Match: Netherlands (i have seen Brazil and they are playing a new Euro style with less flair and more defensive oriented...against lesser opponents than Netherlands it has worked so far but i think Netherlands is really getting hot and they have a potent offense...this will be a close game but i think Netherlands can take it). I also want Netherlands to win. They are great fun to watch (like Brazil used to be) and Brazil is looking very desperate to win, like they are supposed to win the cup, and looking very cynical. I don't like their mojo.

I'm rooting for Germany to make it all the way. I would also be happy if Ghana beats Uruguay; I think it would lessen the sting knowing that the US got beat by a worthy opponent.
