Header swap offers minimal performance gains on non-forced induction M3's. You likely just want a full catless X-pipe and muffler

If you remember the epic thread on here from American Racing Headers regarding "real world" numbers, they finally found a guinea pig M3 that cranked out 20-ish horses with their header swap, BTW, if I remember correctly. Might have been 30hp.
