Man, what a deal..
I bought Canon 450D for that price yesterday!
50D costs about $2.300 here

But the worst thing that make me sooo angry is that 5D mkII costs 2.700 in the USA and 6.000 in Russia

My girlfriend just got one for her college graduation. The good news for me is she is letting me use her Rebel Xt now while I start to learn more about photography

I only had a point and shoot before this.

I'll try to get her to write a review. But for the last few days she will just sit with it, tinker with a bunch of stuff, take a picture, then look at me and smile. I'd say she likes it quite a bit 8).
