Verbiage VC just released a Pt version of their Historiques 1921 American. It's a "driver" watch - so appropriate for a car forum too! You need to cancel your M3 build and get one.

Yep, a manual wind and it does. I couldn't find a good picture, but it has the same movement as my Traditionelle small seconds. Here is a shot of that... (actually, just realized this isn't actually a photo of mine, it is a photo of the same watch in white gold that the dealer had - this, the AU750 case marking on the back.)

This one is not THAT expensive - probably about half the price of your car build.

Ok I have a question for you.

My split days are back, bicep, chest, and tricep. I don't have a designated leg split because of my intervals cardio three times a week, which I am skipping this week because my own back needs to recover from weekend chores/back Monday this week.

Is this allowable? Meaning, can interval and plyometric cardio be substituted for a leg split? It works it equally well, IMO.

I wouldn't but you are also aware my legs look like like they belong on a flamingo. When I do interval bike or something it's in addition to my regular leg work. I feel like a wuss not doing them.

Okay cool, I'll keep doing what I'm doing, then. Overall, my upper area wasn't compensatory for my larger lower muscles over time, so things are finally starting to appear proportionate.
