Here is the true origin of Hapa: it began in Hawaii (hence is actually Hawaiin) as a derogatory term against those who were only partially Hawaiin with the rest as white. Then it was used for those who were partialy Asian mixed with white. Now today, it's mainly a term used for people of mixed races, mainly Asian mixed with white/black. Hapas are also notoriously known as twinkies. Yellow/asian on the outside, white in the inside.

I'm not Hapa, but I joined the UCSD Hapa Club as a way to score some Hapa chicks back in the golden era of college.

Oh btw, I did this kind of poll half a year ago.
And the result? Well, let's face it, new E90's are expensive, so the ethnicity of new E90 owners will reflect the socioeconomic status of society. In other words, you can easily figure out which ethnicities drive new E90s. I think it will be a great day when ALL ethnicities can afford new BMWs.

I was talking to another Asian e90 owner at an e90 meet and he made an interesting comment. There seem to be e90 owners of all ethnicities driving around town, but the ones attending the meets are more of the car enthusiast types from forums like these. Intuition tells me that the percentage of Asian e90 owners represented in these forums must be greater than that of the general population of e90 owners. Does this imply that Asians tend to be car enthusiast computer junkies more than other ethnic groups tend to be?
