Ending text message with a "+"??

I have a close acquaintance that periodically ends a text message with a plus sign, i.e. "hope you have a great day+" or "talk you you later+".

Has anyone ever seen this and can explain to me what it means? I'm 99.9999% she is on an iPhone, so I don't see how this can be a typo. I am, of course, too prideful to ask her directly. All of my friends here are baffled.

It doesn't mean anything to me. It's likely some type of special emojis or keyboard that she installed which you can't read.

One of my close friends would always end her texts with some weird 'iA!' characters, where after a couple of times I asked her what that meant and she said it was an emoji.

I dunno....just ask her instead of us dude

I haven't seen this before. I will say that on my keyboard, if I hold down a letter the alternate function of this key will display. Lots of times when in a hurry, I go to hold down the "M" key to add a "?" and I don't hold it long enough and this results in ending questions with an "M" Possibly the same issue but I don't have an iphone to verify. I would simply ask. Be assertive and let her know who is in control of these damn conversations.

Just confirmed it with a co-worker. It means they like butt stuff and don't like to talk about it, they just want you to do it with no questions asked.
