Those faulted ceilings can make it hard to keep the place cool. My previous house had them.

And warm as well since all the heat goes up. We can have it set at 73-75 and still need sweats and a blanket in the living room.

And I'm a pretty sturdy guy, lol.

Raining like hell along with strong wind gusts here in Chicago. Lights kept flickering so it looks like I am going to have the get generator ready in case the lights go out during the night.

Parents just finished the basement and we haven't gotten the chance to hook up a battery backup for the sub pump.

Been in the high 80's to low 90's here but supposedly feels like its in the 100's. But we have had a few thunderstorms here and there each evening. The rain is a nice change for me...still getting used to it
