Part number help fog light area grille

Could someone help me where I can find part numbers? (and instructions to replace..)

I think all the clips for removal are located behind the bumper cover. You may have to remove it to gain access.

If I recalled form a previous fog light thread, this and the fog lights can be accessed by removing the wheel and liner. No need to remove the bumper.
