Unable to access original account, password reset email never received.

I'm unable to access my original account (from 2006), I requested a password reset, but never received a confirmation (or any) follow-up email.

I used the "contact us" function to report the issue and request assistance, but posting here incase that doesn't work.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I had to log into my email account on my computer and I found the email in the spam folder there.
It didn't show up in the spam folder from my phone or the web mail app.

I’m in the same boat here. I’m logged into the app on my phone, but I lost access after doing a password reset. Anyone know who I can reach out to for assistance?

I've run into this same issue before and found a solution that works. The only email domain that worked for resets - at least in my case - was to set up a gmail account and change my user profile email to the gmail address. Then the account reset email and link arrived almost instantly. Hope this helps. Agree that nobody is monitoring these types of automatic reset responses.

My first post in a year!

No idea why the “forgot password” and registration emails don’t work.

There should be some “emergency” methodology to allow contact with a moderator for these situations.
