I Arze Banned!!!!!!! WTF to do?!?!?!

I just got banned on my 360.

I have had my 360 "unlegit" for about a year now, and with the recent banning that has been going on it so happens I have been too.

MW2's coming out, and I barely got to play Forza 3

Now my question is wtf to do?

They don't ban you just for having a modded xbox right? I thought they only do that if you are playing pirated games on live.

People have been banned without playing pirated games. There are reports of people with modded consoles that only play originals but have been banned.

You could always just switch to PS3. If you're gonna pay for games anyway why by another xbox?
I'm just bitter about xbox because mind died a couple weeks ago and I had to buy another one. And now they're on this banning hunt. They're not helping the software companies. To do that they should figure a way to make the drives uncrackable. They're just pissing off customers and inflating console sales.
I think it's just a matter of time before PS3 online catches up and people start jumping ship. I have a lot of friends who are on their 3rd or 4th xbox 360.

Most of the people I know have gotten banned to due playing a bad copy of ufc that was highly talked about a month or two ago.

I'm on my 1st Xbox 360 and I bought mine right when it came out. Had the red ring of doom twice though, fixed under warranty the first time but not the second.

Would you guys like to see my collection of burned games? for about a year I LITERALLY had every single game out for the xbox. Even the useless games no one plays like football manager. No offense to anyone who does. But when the first bannings started coming I was part of that bunch. I got about a year and a half out of it however. I have a pioneer dvd burner and a stack of verbatims and a external hard drive with about 80 games I've never even burned or tried to play a single time not to mention the huge case of 360 games that I have burned. Oh, and I have a PS3. Its ok, but really it will never compete with Live.

I love the "PS3!" comments. I have one and it's no replacement for the 360. It's good at other things but when I want to play online with friends the 360 is where it's at.
