Yeh she does and some of the lol pics came from her as she thinks I might like them. I've been put off posting there lately since some moaned about how the thread is not what it used to be. She leaves me to it tbh and I am glad the trust is there. I don't check her phone and she doesn't check mine. Matter of fact she has even requested I make a few threads before... like last year she wanted to know if Mercedes was more prestigious than BMW.

Was just chatting with my staff in our open ‘hangout’ area at work, and started to feel a little gassy. So i excuse myself and pretend to answer a text, walk to where the corridor takes a right hand turn, and let ‘er rip.

After i ‘finish’ sending my fake text, i look around the corner and three girls are there desperately trying to hold in their laughter. Rookie mistake.

Haven’t seen nor heard from him. The only update i have is that on that night, he apparently tried to give my friends (the couple that brought him and his wife) $200 for reasons not entirely clear. They wouldn’t say whether they took the money...

For some reason, doing shit like that really bums me out. It's not like I was aiming for the little thing.....in fact I try to avoid contact as much as possible.

But so many people are preoccupied with their phones these days, they don't even notice them and aren't even aware when they do hit that or another small animal.

I remember my daughter coming home crying one night after she found a cat in the road that had been hit but still alive. She was in medical school at the time, and stopped to see if the damage was too extent for a vet.

I wasn't on my phone or anything; the little dude was in the middle of the road and I slowed down, thought it'd run to the left but ran to the right...

I feel bad for doing it but I also don't think it's my fault so I'm not sweating it. It was a one lane road and I didn't want to swerve to the oncoming lane or onto the curb.

It's pretty shitty but I guess that's why they call it an accident...

You did the right thing not swerving into the other lane. Sucks to hit animals but it would suck more to cause a crash. A girl at my college died when she swerved to avoid a squirrel (which got ran over anyway) and hit a car head on.
