Sneakers

Pretty pissed, I ruined my favorite pair of shoes last weekend. They are 2013 Nike air maxes in squadron blue. I stepped on a nail and the one bubble is now totally deflated. Does anyone know of any legit sites to buy new 'discontinued' shoes? I know I could try eBay but I just worry about getting fakes or used ones listed as new. Any thoughts?

Patch and reinstate?!

Bummer...had a favorite pair of shoes finally bite the dust after 10+ years! Safe to say they were quality. No longer in business.

Good luck.

I feel bad but i did get a nice chuckle out of this being a car forum and all. Buy a patch kit from Auto Zone.

Those are sweet sneakers man, especially love the color. Curious how different they feel when "flat". Those ones obviously have pretty large air pouches.

I highly doubt even an outlet will have 2 year old shoes. He's likely stuck with buying secondary. Gonna have to search and risk it.

Haha yeah, I know there's a variety of knowledge here so I thought, "where better?"

I was surprised by how much different they feel. It literally feels like the shoe is 1/2" lower than the inflated one. Plus it looks ridiculous when there's weight on it cause the bubble just scrunches right up.

If you know the specific model name, try Googling "Nike [model name] price". If the shoe is being sold by someone, that search has a pretty good chance of finding them. You'll need to decide for yourself about the legitimacy of the seller.

All the best.

I'm not much into the newer air max's but those are nice. I love my 95's and 98's even though they feel like poo compared to the newer gen shoes.
