^ the big problem I've always experienced at Korean BBQ is that just when I get the hubcap good and charred, they want to take it away and give me a new one. WTF???

But I've been working for 15 minutes to get some carmelized whatever I'm cooking to scrape off and eat, kinda like the bacon bits that you scrape out of the pan at the end

I asked, even politely, but they said the dishwasher doesn't like to have to scrub. I explained all about the carmelization process, but no relenting from them. Hey, he's getting $15/hr, let him scrub the damn hubcaps!!!

I've always worried that as the host/ess is walking said hubcap back to the kitchen, someone is going to get a new brand when they pop up out of their seat.

We went to this place called Iron Age and this was their "Iron Age Steak" which i think is basically just a flank steak. Was tasty though.
Pretty much... I'd go more like pizza tray At this place they changed them out every time you ordered a different type of meat. So ours was changed out like 8 times. |
