Since I have never birthed children....I can only speak to the K Stone situation.....but from your comment, I would assume you've never pissed a rock out of your penis after it has cut your kidney like Freddy Kruger for about a month prior to squeezing out a hole half the size of the stone....again while cutting your penis from the inside out with razor blades as it exits....

you KNOW when they pass, and since they are the size of peas....you can see them generally also.
