So apparently "Grinding Kit" is the same as a Biking Kit. Here's what makes up a complete and very thorough Biking Kit.....


First i got some lube for my bike. Judging by this being a water based lubricant, my SS has the environment at heart. While also being concerned about things moving freely, even when it's a tight fit.





What's lubricant without a lubricant applicator. This is a very common applicator used to lube up a bike. Some times when you have things that go round and round, in and out, back and forth, properly applied lubricant is essential.





When doing some hard grinding... (biking) it some people tend to get saddle sore. So my SS wants me to always be prepared for anything that comes before me while out on a long grinder.





My SS is concerned about my energy levels while grinding... (biking) so i got some sustenance bars. These are sure to keep my grinding ALL night!




While out on night grinders, it's important to be very visible. Two things really help with visibility. One, being completely upright makes you easy to spot. Two, having a light not only helps you find your way in the dark but makes you highly visible as well. (someone came in my office when i was taking this picture! lol)






During long grinding sessions, more than just sustenance bars may be required. My SS also wants me to be clean and presentable when stoping to pick up food, drink, milk, etc... So this will do the job and keep me moisturized too!




Last but not least are my newest pair of biking shorts. I see that other members are keen on people modeling their gifts, so i'll be sure to do so.

I'm thoroughly impressed with my new safety & maintenance tool box!! I'm going to put some of them into practice to night. Already ate some sustenance bars to get ready for a night "Grinder".

It is important to be prepared no matter if its sprint or a long distance run. The best of luck with your hobby.
