You know you're old when you remember that bottled water was a thing mostly relegated to offices. Who wanted to buy water when you got it for free?

Google does not have an entry for "vitamin pee" that I saw, but it is a common joke among nurses. I'm on such a high dose of diuretics to keep my ticker from drowning itself again that I am in the bathroom 2-3 times PER HOUR after my AM and PM doses.

There has been many a morning when my Apple Watch tells me that I've met my 12-hour daily stand goal at 11 AM, because I was up and in the bathroom at least once per hour since midnight.....

Vitamin Water Zero Rise (also orange flavor). I just can’t drink plain water.
And a good Cabernet . I can’t drink white. That’s only for cooking.

Have you tried a CPAP? Chronic central apnea here. CPAP saved my life, no doubt.

I do. I have one from back about 2007-ish. Every night I would rip it off my face about 2-3 AM and then wouldnt be able to fall back asleep. So I gave up. I just would be super cautious of driving at night and my wife would smack the sh!t out of me if I was dosing.
I'm actually going to try again for a resolution and see if there is anything new on the market in 2 weeks. Got so bad, even my dog won't sleep with me b/c of my snoring

Tommy,

My dad died at the young age of 55 from complications of undiagnosed and untreated sleep apnea. To be specific, it damaged his heart. Get help!

What I remember (ahem or what I was told) is that using a pen can help untangle the cassette tape after the player has a meltdown.

I'd be more impressed if anyone had come up with a solution for rewinding an 8-track tape.

There are several YouTube videos on repairing and winding an 8-track tape.

Here's one:

Haha, yes I am...

Don't feel it so much though.

Did squats and lunges last night and stair stepping with weights, then went for a 3 mile walk.

I actually had a reel-to-reel tape player as a kid. My dad gave it to me.

I work out 3 nights a week and walk 6 nights a week. You're only as old (or young) as you feel.
