Anyone ever torn a muscle?

I suspected that i may have torn a muscle in my forearm when boarding last week. It was very tight and sore and then i went down and used my right hand to catch myself which resulted in a very sharp burning pain in my forearm muscle for about 30 min. It was very sore for the past 3 days and using it is still fairly painful.

But i was thinking maybe it's just sore until i saw this a minute ago when i pulled my sleeve up. I'm assuming muscles bleed when they are torn, no?

Yes happens all the time at gym to varying degrees dealing with left bicep right now.

I have driven them in the wet on abrasive, smooth, and intermediate surface tracks. They stick. It is almost uncanny. The first time you are in the car with them and the coach says, 'It's ok...trust me and the tire, you will make it', you heart is in your throat then WOW the car sticks.

That happened to me in Spain at Ascari and I haven't looked back since then.
