Most of those people will be gone by end of january. A buddy of mine that manages the pt department at a local gym, told me that they make a ton of money from people that sign up for a year and only attend for a month and then never seen again.

Man all of you who say you don't need a preworkout to get it in-

Fuck you.

I ran out of my stack while on the road (international) and so I've been raw dogging it at the gym (don't trust the supplements in 3rd world countries) and Jesus Christ- I just want to let the bar take my life already.

Thank god this weekend I'm back in San Diego and will inhale my pre/pump/bcaa stack like its cocaine and my life depends on snorting the hell out of it

Thanks man. My spinal erectors used to be tense all the time, but now that I have focused a lot more and stretching out my hamstrings, it’s gotten better. My pirifprmis constantly feels “raw” and tense though, and putting my IT bands on a foam roller hurts like a bitch! Still a lot of work to do. It’s what I get for neglecting stretching like a brah.

i will say I've always used Pre and there were a couple times when I ran out and had to wait a week until I got paid to order some and I do feel it in my workouts when I don't have pre. i'm just not mentally focused and motivated but when i'm on pre my state of mind is just to obliterate what ever iron I pick up and bust out my workout like a BEAST!

Some people just don't have the same effect and some people do

I can assure you, I'm going to hit that pre with double scoops, and May shed a tear of joy once the effect kicks in.

No problem! I cant emphasize enough how mobility, stretching and warming up correctly will help your workouts. I was a “brah” for a long time. The day I made it a priority to work on mobility and stretch properly....my workouts and quality of life improved drastically! No more pain! I highly recommend looking up Kelly Starrett and Mobility Project. This helped me immensely and formed the foundation for my mobility routine. Btw...this has been so effective that I am in much better shape strength and fitness wise than any of my “Globo Brah” days.
