OJ seemed to be one of the best examples of this.

Celebrity/money buys "justice" regardless of color though. They can afford the very best of the best as it pertains to legal counsel or the ability to flee.

One instance I can recall in recent years were the Saudi's street racing through the residential streets of Beverly Hills in their exotics, nearly hitting multiple pedestrians and running from law enforcement........and then overnighted out of the country to avoid prosecution.

I personally believe in karma. It's a bitch. We may never see justice of many wrongs in our lifetimes, but justice will come. I have to hang on to that to keep from going mad.

A former chief of mine got into a ton of trouble in the late 90's for coming out with some statistics, 80% or the crime was being committed by about 10% of the population. After that we were forbidden from keeping race based stats....just over the last year or so there seems to be a push from the special interest groups to start taking them....it seems they feel it will prove racial bias. I'm glad to be retired....I may pour a rum.
