Bacon, eggs and sausage Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. Other days, cereal. I recently started mixing 2 or 3 in each bowl. I’m now mixing Rice Krispies, Honey Nut Cheerios and Raisin Bran. Highly recommended.

It might even be 'provencale', I don't know whence it comes. I have a really hard time getting the yolks to be runny but not the whites. Haven't learned the trick of it yet.

This morning I'm taking the zed for an early morning run to get a PPI. Breakfast is likely to be from a burger joint.

The trick is to separate the yolk from the white and cook them at different time and consistency. Too easy.

Oeuf Cocotte. My recipe.

1. Coat dish with 1 Tbs. melted butter.
2, Add 2 Tbs. cream and egg white.
3. Sprinkle seasoned bread crumbs and shredded parmesan.
4. Bake @325°F. until desired consistency.
5. Add egg yolk. I like mine runny but you can return to oven for a minute or so.
