Trying. People keep scheduling me for stuff at the last minute. I ended up in Bozeman, Montana last week. Beautiful place. Only saw restaurants, my hotel, and a meeting room.

Woke up to pouring rain the past couple days. 1/4 inch of sleet on my car today and the roads could have been used by the NHL.

Hopefully moving to FL or the southwest/SoCal one day is in my future. The cold and grey for 7 months of the year is just abysmal.

Frick me it is the middle of April and I was stuck in my own driveway today. Had to get the metal shovel out and dig a runway to get free, and salt the runway too.

Then proceeded to snowplow the road with my front spoiler, which was all ice crusted snow, so that was stellar, until I could get to our main road.

It is the middle of April. If anyone wants to talk global warming, just know that I'm all for it right about now.

My car is still sitting up high on my coilovers until i know for sure winter is done. This biplolar weather is ridiculous

Oh man that's brutal...

I've only lived in cloudy gloomy cities my entire life. But I've been to California a solid 20+ times and have fallen in love with San Diego. The Bay has become unreasonably expensive, and most of the LA area is a sh*thole. SD on the other hand is clean and feels like the true southern California experience.

Miami would be another option due to lower taxes and more reasonable home prices.

I'm i grad school for a profession where one can live wherever their heart desires which is a blessing. My folks on the other hand are in engineering and IT which makes cities like SD, Miami, etc. unrealistic if they wanted to progress in their careers.

I hope you do. I know that's not nice, but I hope you do. Mainly, this is me venting, because coming home, I also got stuck attempting to go up my driveway and just gave up and left the car where it stopped.

We aren't talking a steep incline btw - maybe a 10 degree gradient.
