It certainly was. I'd also send Zeke's absurd contract packing as well.

I just truly hope we don't lose Gregory. That guy should be priority one due this team...

Zeke’s production has slipped since his rookie campaign just like Barkley’s. I wonder who’s bright idea was spending the Giants 2018 #2 pick on a RB? Oh that’s right, Gettleman! Both are better off trading their RB’s and drafting one in the later rounds.

Zeke got paid the big bucks. Like just about everyone that gets paid massive money, they go downhill almost immediately. Almost like they don't give AF anymore since they got theirs. It's pathetic.

EXACTLY!!! I remember like it was yesterday when JJ gave Zeke all that money with the whole México debacle. That was idiotic. Literally the guy changed his entire persona and play.

I feel like you're a masochist. Constant ptsd with you. Not one peep about Daboll and yet every day with reminders of Gettleman and NOT destiny Justin Herbert!!!

I'm never gonna forgive him for that one alone. We could've had our QB for the future instead of wondering if it's gonna be Trubiski, Jones or Fitzmagic throwing the pigskin opening day.

Also, for shits and giggles, we have less cap space than say Dallas and we've been discussing how they're fucked in this thread. Imagine how we are when we're number 25 out of 32 for cap space, lol. The teams worse than us? KC, TB, MIN, LAR, GB, SF to put it in perspective. All SB level teams. We're not even wildcard level team and our payroll is on par with those teams lol.

We have no choice but to firesale, stick in some journeymen on team friendly deals and hope to rebuild in drafts over the next decade or so. That's all, no big deal y'all. I'm not holding my breath for a 8 month rebuild like the patriots either.

Nobody really thinks he will play for TB? He will force a trade to another team that is stacked and needs a QB. Just like he did 2 yrs ago.

I feel that Shoen/Daboll combo is off to good start by trying to get under the cap. Just hope they can address both lines during the draft and I have zero expectations for Jones as when you think he’ll look decent, he’ll get hurt so it was wise to not pick up that 5th year option.

He just announced he wants to be traded to the Packers…….

Dear TB, you made a couple posts on Instagram and laid low, do you really think that we thought that you were done? Hell, you even let BA get grilled about letting you go play somewhere else in ‘22. Whatever…

Boston Globe reports that TB will stay in Tampa. I've been wondering about his "retirement" since Gronk hadn't made a move.

I'd like to see TB play until the quality of what he does on the field goes down. Then retire.

The guy had an amazing last season. He led the NFL in 2021 with 5,316 yards passing and 43 touchdown passes, each of them also Bucs franchise records, and he became the oldest player in league history to ever win a passing title. As long as he is still in the top 5 quarterbacks in stats just keep playing if you love the game. It unfortunately makes many of his records even more unattainable. The longer he plays the more credit goes to his health and wellness brand, TB12, alongside longtime trainer Alex Guerrero. TB never came off like some freak of nature physically.

Also, who else does he have to worry about? Just Aaron Rogers and Greenbay right

Key word is ALMOST. I do feel for him, but what a risk to take knowing that he might come back. Who knew it would be the same day!

Paying that much for a ball is sports betting plain and simple. I have no sympathy for people bet huge sums on pro sports and then get pissed when the game doesn't go the way they bet, as if the coaches and players job is to make the bettors happy.

Well, he can always try for round 2 after the end of this season?

TB could hit 100K passing yard if he plays 3 more years at around his same level: http://www.espn.com/nfl/history/lead...stat/passyards

The next 7 in line are all retired.
