When people have money to burn, they can buy the most expensive/fancy/exotic cars in the world. But how many have the proper skills to drive those cars, that is the questions. I think it was more the Porsche badge than the specific model. Plus the wing does make it look "fancier" to the average person. Fancier does usually mean more expensive

I used to own an E39 M5. A "prime" coworker used to love riding with me at lunchtime. We really only did go to lunch. Nothing more, but it made lunch more fun. I used to set the temp at 69. Never had an effect.

So I drove the Bimmer instead of my truck to my senior coed golf league this morning. One of the women immediately asked me if it is my new ride…

Turns out that her husband used to drive a BMW, but no longer owns it. Sounds like she wanted to check the car out more, but, uh, my wife plays in the league too!

none of my BMW's have been "lookers" atleast with the middle aged bald(shaven) guy behind the wheel.

but I will say this, place my white fluffy rescue in the passenger seat with the top down with her smile ear to ear having the time of her life. Fun loving doggie gets the looks better than a pin-up working it for car magazine cover.

A couple of times and it always happens near Chinatown for whatever reason. First time a bunch of girls were walking as I passed by and one girl tells another to "show tit" lol (I didn't look). Another time this girl wearing a JLo-style dress (one w the big slit down the middle) stared right at me while 'adjusting' her cleavage haha. My wife was w me and I wouldn't have done anything anyway.

Only when my wife and I go out for a date night and drive the BMW instead of one of the other cars. When that happens, she appreciates the massage seats (pro) and complains about the AC settings (con) but otherwise the car does not come up. On the balance it’s a net negative on date nights because it’s our largest car and therefore we both feel the most anxiety when parking.
