Should be warm tomorrow but rain in the forecast in the evening. If no rain I will get on the bike and get a couple of early season miles in.

Sunday if the forecast holds I will try to get the first 20 miler in for the year!!

First ride of the year!

12 miles, felt good. Bike ran well - pumped up the tires and dry-lubed the chain, all good.

Gusty wind seemingly from all directions, with some sun. It was chilly at the start but I felt good halfway through when the blood was pumping and some clouds gave way to more sun.

Very windy here, too. I wanted to do 30 miles today, but I called it a day after 15. Just too much crosswind. Those gusts over 30MPH were rough. I saw one of the local riders got a KOM on Strava today on a mostly flat run with a big climb up and over the interstate. He averaged 34MPH and hit a top speed of 42MPH. That's when a strong tailwind is really fun.

i been looking at the HILAND 200+ ... any thoughts??

Got my 30 miles in today. Cloudy, warm, and windy, but the wind wasn't as bad as yesterday and it was a direct crosswind, so not too bad.

Looks like a solid bike. I have no experience with the brand, I have been a Cannondale person for a long time and my daughter has a Specialized she likes.

thats the thing, it looks solid but after reading some reviews i passed on it.
I went with KENT.

so many beautiful bikes but I cant fork $5k, $10k god bless those who can!
I went thru all brands, Specialize, Canyon, Cannondale, Yeti, Trek

Got 20 miles in today. Weird weather. 67F at noon, 52F at 3PM when I finished my ride. I was borderline cold at the end.

Same here. Mid-60's starting tomorrow, so I'll be out riding this week.

25 miles today. It was windy as hell, but a good part of the trail is protected, so I just kept to short laps back and forth. Otherwise, it was great riding weather. Neither too warm nor too cold.

Another warm, sunny, but windy day. Did a 25 miler on the back roads.

Not in the least!!

The weather here has been touch and go over here. Lots of rain and high winds. Hoping to slog some miles in with the "loud" Italians this weekend.

Eureka! Today was the day spring started and 17C with sunshine made me venture out for my usual 5 miler.

Chilly here, too. 40s tomorrow, but 60s on Friday. So maybe I'll get an outside ride in this week after all.

What was a sunny warm day then a few days ago has turned into a wet Storm Nelson.

30 miler yesterday. Windy, but tolerable. Not so today. 25MPH with gusts in the 30MPH range. Too windy for me.
