Not when it comes to my foooooooooooooodd... I swear Im like a guy.. I eat and eat and eat..and dont gain a pound...maybe its all the work outs I do and the horse riding..that might have something to do with it....

Try eating like that when you're 28 yrs. + and get back to us. It won't be as easy to lose weight. You probably have very fast metabalism now. Enjoy it. I did while I was younger and it's harder to keep the weight off now. Btw, I'm 31.

Get this - I just got a call from a customer - a PC that my customer lets my guys use at their site was found to have a virus. They did some checking on the MAC address of the PC to see where it had been....porn, MySpace, etc. I may have to kill someone.

sheesh people - PORN!!! At a customer site??!!??!!

I gotta go bust some heads. I'm out! Hopefully my car is done getting the alarm installed. That would make me happy if I could pick it up today.

Ya know riding is one of the best exercises you can do....I uses to dabble in ranch rodeos back in Undergrad

I ride 4 times a week ..2-3 horses a day and work out twice a week... yesterday I rode two horses AND did an evening workout.. I dont feel tired though... I need to push myself more.. I want more definition... My cousin goes to ULL and works out 5 hours a day for school... I cant let her beat me!

you know you should do the same ab (or any muscle) workout more than a couple times....you should always change the routine so your muscles never adapt. It's like fighting a cold, your immune system adapts to the virus then can fight it.
