We're coming up on 12 years of marriage in October. And let me tell you - she probably regrets every minute of those 12 years. Well, maybe not every minute...but a lot of them! She's very good to me.

Ahh, I'm not too worried. I do trust her. Her profession would make it very easy to cheat, as would mine quite frankly, but I just don't see her ever doing so. We both know the other would be gone immediately and we like what we have. Plus, we are Christians, so there is a little bit more to it than perhaps the average relationship.

Not to say Christians don't cheat - they do, a lot of them sadly, but I do feel like we both take our vows seriously.

We spent our first year of marriage and our first anniversary apart while I did my 12 month "tour" in Vietnam (we did get a wonderful 6 days of R & R in Tokyo). So although we had trials and tribulations later, it was all relatively easy after the first year.
