I have been using this mix below (not same brands), plus I add creatine and Arginine AKG.
Results have been excellent, and in the long run it's a lot cheaper than buying a mix. That, and I don't have any "proprietary" ingredients. |

Hell I used to do 3 scoops when I was training for football. You have to work up to it, but your body does grown an immunity over time like it does with anything, so you gotta keep upping your dosage (to a certain extent.) That stuff would tear my gut up though, so I switched

no explode made me feel kinda sick and the new formulation of jacked isnt nearly as good. still have a stock of the old stuff though.

I only use pre workout if it's going to be a heavy heavy day in gym... normally just go with BCAA during gym regminent.
if i don't have pre workout stuff, some coffee works too.

i use 2 scoops of c4, will give mr. hyde a try when i run out of c4.
my sis pranked me and put 3 scoops c4 in the bottle last time, even my head was tickling like crazy, lol.

I've tried a couple
noXplode jack3d Neon (has beta alanine - the tingling is called paresthesia) Alphamine is good too. In fact I highly recommend it if you haven't tried it and EC (no A) sometimes..might pick this up again soon |

I have used most of the ones out there, but bullnox continues to be my favorite In essence they all do the same shit and its really hard to tell which one is better since they all hide how much of each major sup you need pre workout in a proprietary blend.

Ive used many preworkouts. My fave was the old Jack3d, now I'm using C4. I only use 1 1/2 scoops and man the tingling is intense. I def need a preworkout after working 12.5hrs on nightsift and hitting the gym!!!
