i love powerlifting! I used to be a bodybuilder but after learning about powerlifting its all I train for the past 2 years. Im a competitive powerlifter too and my best PR's are
squat - 460 bench - 295 (paused) deadlift - 615 all at 83kg weight / 181 pounds
