Nothing. Lol.
My first car was a MINI Cooper S, and it spoiled me rotten. So much that, when my bother crashed the '05, I was moved to "upgrade" to a GP. Now I'm really in trouble. She turns heads on the track and the street, and I have a never-ending smile on my face whenever I drive her. And now I'm shopping for a 1M. So dangerous. |

r50 mini!
awesome little car, technically a BMW I was actually cross-shopping between a 3-series, X1, Mini Countryman and Coupe.. Obviously the 3 series won, I didn't consider anything but a BMW |

This thread is what you drove before you got hooked on BMW...well, i've had my N55 135i DCT for over a month and I'm still not hooked on it. I just don't love it yet. It's surprisingly quick, fun to drive, gets some looks, and overall is a really nice car. It's just missing soul to me I guess. Maybe I just need more time behind the wheel of it to get to know it. My list of cars from my first to car to present:
1. 2000 Pontiac Formula Firebird...Fell in love with it. Mostly because it was my first car and I was 16. The other reason is cause it was loud and girls loved it. It was champagne silver metallic on black leather and t-tops with chrome wheels. 2. 2005 Dodge SRT-4... Loved the sound, hated torque steer. It was Electric Blue on some Enkie 18's 3. My favorite car I've ever owned. Kept it for the longest too. 2001.5 Audi S4. Silver with all options and 6mt. That car is what I'm still in love with and it felt like it had soul. I parted with it for my 135i last month. |

Honda S2000. But as a warning, I let the tires get a little too worn, hydroplanned in a moderate rainstorm, did a 360 on an interstate and totalled the car - no injuries

All my previous cars had FWD and a diesel engine. (mostly Toyota's)
I wanted a petrol car with RWD and the 2012 F20 118i was the only new car I could afford. I really like my car, even more than the 320d my wife has. Last edited by Callthecops; 12-25-2012 at 05:19 AM.. |
