Did a simple dinner last night. Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup, always a good meal. Also made a delicious cookie dough cheesecake for desert.

We were up at the cabin this week, and due to fire danger you aren’t even supposed to use a gas grill (Tahoe). Cooking indoors, challenge accepted!

I continue to experiment with Asian food. Ramen (from scratch of course, made the broth last night)

Nashville hot chicken! We have some fantastic hot chicken places.
