The 1930s Cadillac V-16 was an extremely expensive car for the day. Developed in great secrecy, it featured a 7.4 liter (452 cubic inch) V-16 engine. It debuted in 1930 and sold well for two years until the Great Depression took hold. It continued to be sold until 1940, though in smaller numbers.
