It is nice to have a web interface without Adobe Flash and other special web browser plugins required for use, as well as the processing horsepower to run higher resolutions from the cameras.....

….because after not having any relief for this severe conjunctivitis - which was thought to be bacterial, but was later found to be viral after Ciloxan was ineffective - I am finally experiencing some symptom relief after being prescribed an anti-inflammatory eye drop. The last 3-4 hours have been the least miserable I've been since last Sunday!!!

Managed a short ride at lunch time to the dealer to pick-up oil and filter only to find-out that they are closed on Mondays... The empty parking lot should have been a clue. Still a good day.

...because my employer just announced that they are giving a rather generous surprise COLA to everyone starting next week.

They are also re-instituting at least a 5% retirement match as well. Not quite as generous as the double-digit match that I enjoyed pre-COVID, but better than the 0% match we've had for the last two years.

Looks like I'll be able to afford the name brand macaroni and cheese boxes again!!!!!
