Perfect. You could start out with 3 before your workouts and see how it does. I only started with 5 grams because that was the scoop size.

Yeah....to get the best benefit of it being a Vasodilator.....usually 3-5 grams a day.

But try one and see. I never looked at how long it affects the system for....but it could be cumulative and 1 be fine after it builds up in your blood stream.

It's notoriously good for high blood pressure too.

Also just on a side note....and this comes from some friends who are professionals in their sports.....the best pump supplement they ever tried was.....you guessed it....viagra, Cialis, and any of those medicines that enhances the pump in other areas.

It would make sense if you think about it.

lol i'm already feeling that with the test boosters i'm taking. but damn, with the beets I bet i'll feel more of it hey, that's for all the help and info regarding beets. I just talked to my buddy here at work who also works out says it's part of his daily supplements. he also said it's in all the nitric supplements as well

Knees always feel stiff and have decent amount of arthritis due to lack of meniscus on right knee. Thought I would try wearing set of old knee sleeves to bed to get heat in there and woke up felt pretty dang good.

Any place you direct heat to....also tends to improve blood flow to the area!

Awesome Chest workout this afternoon. i'm gonna have to say since I've been focusing on my upper chest. feel so much stronger. been able to increase my weight each set than before. got the idea from Seth Feroce where he says he hardly does any benching anymore but really does a lot of upper chest movements.

If you look at how your upper pecs tie-in to the sternum, it gives you a good idea of how to isolate them. A cable movement that starts from the bottom and moves upward across your body takes advantage of the full range of motion for that muscle.

Kind of like palms forward near your waist, then "scooping" upwards like your tossing something over your head. Much more activation than something like an incline bench press.

That to me is the biggest secret of any muscle, finding its origin and attachment point......starting off with as much space between them as possible, and then shortening the distance while contracting the muscle!

yup! been doing this movement on the cable machine. it does seem like a scooping motion. I step forward a bit to keep tension on my chest and than scoop from my side and just about eye level at the top and I squeeze. after just doing one set you can totally feel your upper chest pumping

Not quite that bad but recovery is an issue. Nothing happened at 2 days a week so added a pump day between the other 2 just to move blood.

So if I do 4 hours of neighborhood cleanup (securing wild mattresses, random furniture then clearing brush) do I STILL need to go to the gym??

I cleared some serious tri-tip at the BBQ then we went to dinner and I cleared sirloin, pork medallions, and ice cream. Today I waited until about 9:30 on the fasting but I was starving!!!

Dead lifts - solo mattress into bed of truck

Squats - bending down over trash can to pull cut weeds into cans then shoulder press to hurl said can on top of pile in back of truck

And finally double curls of Crown/rocks
