An inexpensive watch because you can't wear an Omega everyday. I'm impressed with the Phoibos 200M watch and will break it in today.

Your bezel is off center. It drives nuts when I see a watch with an off center bezel

Like me with webcams. I can't stand seeing a non-level horizon.

Unless you`re going diving, etc,. I dont see the purpose for the off center bezel.

I use the bezel regularly. A quick, easy timer for cooking/grilling…

Yes, I tested it out then fixed it to the twelve o'clock position. It does lineup but I thought the framing made it look better. The bracelet is chunky and reminds me of my TAG Aquaracer.

I’m feeling you. Turned 59 and all went to £%#+. Torn meniscus, broken tooth (requiring extraction/implant) and AFib, all within 60 days - getting old sucks….

Guess this actually belongs in the ‘You know you’re old’ thread…

I’m getting my second one on Thursday to replace the tooth I cracked after the extraction for the first one last December. First one is 100% done with crown.

Airpod Pros 2nd gen. Hoping they work well as hearing aids. I also need something to block out the gawd awful music they play at the gym.

The noise cancellation is excellent. With music playing it should drown out the awful music nicely.

I have Airpod Pros (I think mine are gen 1?). These things are fantastic. I often toss them in at the home office strictly for the noise cancelation (no music, calls, etc.) with the girls running around. Big fan.

I posted this in the other thread in the Health subforum, but:

So far, so good. They certainly do amplify noises I haven't been hearing in years. Not sure that's an entirely good thing, but I guess it will take some getting used to and some fine tuning the settings. But just typing this out I can hear the keys clicking very crisply where I normally would just hear dull thumps. When I get up from my recliner, I can hear it squeaking a lot more than I could before. Talking with my brother on the phone now and it works well for that as well.

I don't love the way these things look, though. I feel sort of like:
