I've got to cut down on bread AND rice, they're belly growers.
Anyways it's another bowl of porridge then a green tea.

Anyways this morning it's a glass of apple cider vinegar first then pumpkin seeds followed by porridge with macadamia & coconut granola and chia seeds then some Inka decaff coffee.

Cereal cream is just another name for half and half. This term is sometimes used in Canada. Cereal cream and half and half contain 10% milk fat.

The why isn't it in a bag question remains open.....

Half and half on cereal? Might have to try that some time. Although H&H is pricey... It's like $4/qt here.
