Interesting. Just checked again and no luck on my phone either.

I wonder if it's regional. I'm in California and can't access any VIN decoders for weeks now.

On the "Professional" MDecoder site, I just spent 5€ on five decodes to see if it still works.
The "Professional" version of the site accepts full VIN and does appear to work (for a 2006 at least).

Just an FYI.

Everything that is involved with ICE vehicles is sinking down and trying to get every last bit of your money....

No more fee decoders? None of the ones on first page works and im not spending money just to see options of a car that im thinking to buy...

I'm currently in the process of trying to see if a car in the local junk yard has some parts I can use but nothing is working! mdecoder tells me I've used my daily limit (I've not used it at all recently) bimmer tool won't let me search lol and other sites just are not working!
Any ideas?

I know of only one site that still works reliably: portal.fscmap.com. They charge for the info.

I was seaching....but nothing comes up. Does anyone know what "Dummy SALAPA" stands for? Is it just a space holder for future information?
If I check the VIN Decoder there are a few "Dummy SALAPA" options I have

I want to use them but I cannot find any botton or switch for it.....

Seriously any ideas?
